Help Prevent Scheduling Gaps
Here at Amy’s Salon, we strive to provide excellent service to our guests. In order to do so, we have updated our cancellation, no-show, and late policy.
Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments..
- 1ST NO-SHOW: You will receive a phone call with a reminder that a second no-show will result in a charge.
- 2ND NO-SHOW: 50% of the scheduled service fee will be posted to your account. Any fees must be paid prior to any future bookings.
- 3RD NO-SHOW: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be posted to your account. Any fees must be paid prior to any future bookings. Any future appointments must be paid for at the time the appointment is made.
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be treated as a no show.
Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children.
We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
